Many homeowners may not be familiar with the restrictive covenants that govern the land in the Villages of Brentwood. This will mention a few, but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of covenants. The material below can be found at Book 6143, page 11 et seq., in the office of the Metro Register of Deeds or on our website.
No building, fence, wall or other structure may be begun or altered (including a change of color) until plans and specifications showing the “nature, kind, shape, height, materials, and location of the same” have been submitted to and approved by the Homeowners Association Board of Directors Architectural Review Committee.
