Villages of Brentwood, established in 1984, is located in South Nashville. It retains its historical charm while being close to various industrial and commercial businesses.

 

South Nashville is bordered by the Cumberland River to the north, Franklin Pike to the west, Antioch to the south, and Briley Parkway to the east.

 

The neighborhood, with nearly 400 homes, is just north of Nippers Corner. Its convenient access to I-65, Nashville International Airport, shopping malls, public libraries, and the greater Nashville Metro area makes it a highly desirable place to live.
